If we have reviewed their certifications, the trainer will be given a "verified" icon indicating such. Additionally, if you work with your fitness professional through a gym, they typically manage their trainers' certifications. If you have specific questions regarding a trainers qualifications, you should consult with them or the gym they operate at.

How do clients reach me?

When a potential client decides to contact you on FindMyFitPro.com, you will recieve an automatic email notification of such. For security reasons, this notification will be an alert only and not contain the client's contact information. The specifics of the client's contact information will be available to you in the client portal under your profile.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my fitness professional?

Unfortunately we cannot do much to help you in the event you are unsatisfied with your personal trainer. Any refunds or conflict resolution will need to take place between you and the fitness professional or the gym they operate at. We would however, appreciate hearing from you in such event so we can make sure we keep only the best and most professional individuals on FindMyFitPro.com.

FindMyFitPro.com asks their fitness professionals to upload their relevant certificates when creating an account. Upon receipt and review of these certifications, the fitness professional will recieve a "verified" icon on their profile.

What is "Bumping" and how does it work?

To ensure that new fitness professionals on FindMyFitPro.com have the same opportunity as existing ones, we implement a "bumping" feature. When a new fitness professional is added to the platform, they are ranked highly and are seen at the top of the list of trainers on the home page. When you "bump" your profile you are placed back on the top of the list and will get pushed down when either A) another fitness professional creates a new account or B) "bumps" their own profile.
