With a background in athletics fitness has always been a major part of my life. Growing up I didn’t have a true understanding or respect for the importance of fitness or nutrition. It took until college for me to truly understand the full benefits from it. This is where my passion for fitness began and I hit my peak athletically. I am a former football and lacrosse player. I also briefly competed in powerlifting.
